HS1010 Ultrasonic Residual Stress Detector

Product Overview

HS1010 Ultrasonic Residual Stress Tester features a 1 GHz hardware digital sampling frequency with a sound-time measurement accuracy of 1 ns. It can inspect sound-transparent materials including steel, iron, aluminum, copper, titanium alloy, glass, ceramics, carbon fiber composites and more. The inspection process causes zero damage to test pieces, delivers fast testing and requires no protective measures. The instrument comes with pre-installed acoustoelasticity data for common metals such as Q235, Q345, weather-resistant Q345 steel, Q355, Q390 and aluminum alloys, and its database is continuously expanded to cover various new materials.
